Q. What exactly does made from scratch mean?
A. Our made from scratch promise is we make all of our cakes using only quality ingredients, without premixed or prepared mixtures. We do not use products such as "boxed cake mixes" or "canned frosting". We pride ourselves in preparing our cakes fresh to order. 

Q. How can I place a customized order?
A. Custom orders can be place directly through our website.

Q. Can logos or edible pictures be used for custom order cupcakes or cakes?
A. Yes, as long as logos used abide by copyright laws.

Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A. Small orders (3 dozen or less) should be placed with a minimum of three (3) days in advance. Large or custom orders must be placed at a minimum of 1 week in advance.

Q. What is considered a large order?
A. Any order over 3 dozen cupcakes or 8 inch cakes .

Q. What sizes of cakes are available and prices?
A. 4 inches serves 4-6
6 inches serves 6-10
8 inches serves 14-19
*Prices vary based on decoration, theme or custom orders.

Q. Are deposits required?
A. Yes, 50% of the full balance due upon placing orders of $50 or more. Remaining balance should be paid in full a day before delivery or at time of pick up.
Q. I don't like to order online, can I fill out a paper order form and mail the payment to you? 
A.  Yes, click here to download the order form and send your order form to bellamiacupcakes@gmail.com.  Once we receive your order, we'll send you the address to mail your payment.

Q. Where do I pick up my order?
A. We are a home based bakery, we do not have a store front. Upon placing an order and order is confirmed (deposit or balance paid in full) we will send you our address and schedule a pick up time that is convenient for you.

Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes, within the Cleveland, Ohio area or neighboring suburbs.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. Yes, a small delivery fee is charged. Prices is based on distance. Contact us for a quote.

Q. What is your Refund Policy?
A. At Bella Mia Cupcakes, we take great pride in our cupcakes and cakes. We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases.Since all of our baked products are made from scratch, sometimes mistakes can happen. 
Damages to orders caused during our delivery may qualify for a refund or discounted price if we are not able to correct it within a reasonable time after delivery.  We are not responsible for damaged goods for orders that are picked up by customers. Due to complexities of delivering custom cakes, it is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at time of order. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. Once our products go out for delivery, any delays may cause imperfections in the final product making it un-eligible for a refund. We will do all that we can to make you a happy customer, yet in some instances we will not be able to issue a refund.
